Conservative Strategies, Individual Securities, Etc.

The fee for the Conservative Strategies, etc. is 1% per annum (p.a.), which is billed quarterly at 0.25% per quarter.

Strategies and Investments: Fixed Income Strategy, Persistent Allocation Strategy, MF4(h) Strategy, CFP15(h) Strategy, individual equities, bonds, mutual fund, and all other investments - unless as per separate agreement.

Active Strategies

The fees for the Active Strategies consist of a management fee and a performance fee, which are billed monthly. The management fee is 2% p.a., which is billed monthly at 0.167%. In addition, some of the aggressive strategies have a performance fee of 20% utilizing the High Watermark Method (HWM), which is also billed monthly when applicable.

The starting HWM shall be set equal to the cash or market value of the assets initially funding the account. Subsequent contributions shall increase the HWM, while withdrawals shall decrease the HWM. Transactions of securities will be valued at the close of market on the most recent day prior to the day of the transfer using market data provided by the Custodian. At the end of each month, the HWM will be reset to the greater of: the previous HWM or the portfolio closing value minus any fees for that month.

CFP does not receive any fees, or other compensation, from other sources, such as mutual fund fees, commissions, etc.
