Minimum Fees

CFP has no required minimum amount per account; however, the minimum quarterly management fee per client is $250 a quarter, which is negotiable. The minimum management fee will negatively impact a client portfolio with less than $100,000. Furthermore, there are recommend or required minimums for the strategies. Please see the individual strategies for further details.

Extraordinary Fees

Extraordinary services or research are charged at $250 per hour, which is negotiable. These services or research may be, but is not limited to, establishing cost-basis on securities not obtained through CFP, business analysis, etc. No hourly charges will incur without the prior consent of the client.

Other Issues

The percentage billable of asset value is calculated on either the last day of the month, or last day of the quarter, depending on the frequency of billing for the strategy. An invoice will be included with the quarterly report. These fees are negotiable, primarily depending on assets under management. No compensation is payable before service is provided.

CFP does not receive any fees, or other compensation, from other sources, such as mutual fund fees, commissions, etc.
