The U. S. Stock market , as measured by the S&P 500, broke its three week decline and rose with 1.74% for the week.

We - the world - are clearly in uncertain times as evident from the constantly changing trends! This is of course indicating we are in a very wide sideways trend, or channel. However, it may be on the verge of a break to the upside, in fact the simple moving averages suggest this has already happened - further confirmation may be required for those that follow other technical indicators.

The US equity markets had three upward changes; Europe's equity markets had no changes; while the rest of the world had no changes. Gold, Silver, Oil and the CRB Index had no changes, while the U.S. Dollar had no changes. Interest rates had three upward changes.
